The swim take place at Jevnaker Badepark.
Full distance do a two lap swim of 1900m.
Half FULL do one lap of 1900m.
Supersprint do a 375m lap.

When the FULL Distance athletes have done their first lap, they will enter the beach, take a right turn, and start the final lap. Your family and friends will be on the beach to cheer for you.

It´s 200m to the first buoy. You will have all buoys on your right shoulder, but not the last one.  That buoy is on your left.

After your swim there is straight to transition (T1).
